eBay/PayPal and possible trademark issues?

I’m thinking about selling a couple names on eBay using PayPal as a payment option but I’m a little worried about the trademark issues these domains have. My question is has anyone had any difficulties with eBay or PayPal in regards to TM rights when selling?

I don't think they monitor it very closely. Here is a completed auction that doesn't look like it ran into any problems and they were violation Ebay's TM. I know for a fact that this seller is still active on Ebay.

I was once selling www. google-email .info and eBay cancelled my auction due to TM issues. They didn't cancel my account, rather they just gave me a warning.

Exactly! But perhaps Ebay is more concerned about other company's TM's being violated than their own.

Other companies might view Ebay as being partially liable in those types of cases.

One of the first domains I bought... eBayFYI.com... I sold on eBay and it was paid for through paypal...

I was really half expecting the auction to get cancelled... but I guess I got lucky... didn't hear a word from either eBay or Paypal.
