Ebay Affiliate Programme

Hi Guys, I have a great website at the moment that is making me some nice money on Google adsense, however I think I could do better as an ebay affiliate.

Just signed up to the programme and wanted to see how I can get hold of a free template that will include the auctions of the product on the site. I'm thinking it may be 'Build a Niche Store' but wondered if there are free decent alternatives to experiment with....

You might try the ebay plugin offered by affomatic. I have not used it yet I have seen some good reveiws.

phpbay, the wordpress plugin, is free and many people use it. (I am waiting to try it myself, as soon as ebay approves me into the affiliate program)

I'm new at ebay. Is there any tutorial programs on how to market ebay products effectively & efficiently? I heard that NOT so many people succeed with ebay. In my opinion (perhaps i'm wrong) it's similar with widgetbucks, shopzilla or chitika. those last 3 paid by per-click while ebay pays when we 'sell' products.

richrich: ebay partner network itself has a tutorials and tools section. i just signed up as well and that area seems like a good place to start.

We find that for the kind of information sites we build AdSense and Ebay seem to act independently of each other.

It's a little tedious, but I usually use the Ebay editor kit to add listings to appropriate pages on my sites. That way I can ensure only relevant auctions are shown.

So far,
the Editor kit works well because you can tailor it very specifically, and even place a little search box in the header area.

Has anyone here tried the RSS feed feature and found success with it?
