Last night I was fast asleeping when all of a sudden I started feeling dizzy, just then I realised that I want dizzy... The whole building was shaking. I ran out of my room and found that my parents were already awake. I picked up my 1 month old nephew and we all rushed down to the road. I live on fifth floor but there were those from the 12th floor that really felt the shakes. It was 12:20AM when it happened.
We took our car and went to our relative's homes to see if everyone is fine. we spent the whole night on the road together with our family and friends. News came that the earthquake had a magnitude of 7.5. That is more than enough to cause alot of damage but surprisingly there have been no casualties or collapsing.
I am feeling much better now but when it was happening, I was shit scared. Anyone would be. I am glad everything is fine now. We are expecting aftershocks in the coming days but they wont be as strong as it was last night.
Update: 2 people have been reported dead in the northern region near the epicenter of the quake.
