well i guess you know the answer.
low xx.xxx to mid xx.xxx is possible from the right enduser, patience and marketing needed.
domainers will probably pay x.xxx max.
there were also single word 3 letter .org sales in the x.xxx range, so the sales you chose in your list is only a selection of high priced non keyword 3 letter .orgs, but there were other sales with lower prices and better letters/ and even keywords.
interesting sales were sales like red.org for $50.000 or eco.org $48.000. If you want that type of money, you know that it takes time and needs work.
But of course ear is a great 3 letter keyword. no question about it.

These kind of domains are hard to get appraised. I guess low $x,xxx, but it can go even more for a motivated buyer.
IMO "hear" would fti much better in the .org
