I'm thinking about purchasing keyword .TV with E or I in front of it.

I know it does fairly well for .COM, but is .TV ready for it yet (investment wise)?

I already see many .TV with i or e in front of a good keyword being taken.

What is your opinion of it?

Thank you.

Still there are good names left without e or i prefix.

Go for ekeyword.tv or ikeyword.tv if the keyword has a high OVT and search popularity, imho.

I would probably go for I

The reason being is that I've seen some well know names using I such as;

I-Caught

iPhone

Thank you for your inputs :)

I'm leaning towards i, but I'm still somewhat reluctant to register it as I don't see a solid market for the name itself.
Maybe they are good for developmental purposes.

i own a bunch- i went right for main keywords- politics, fashion, etc...
some have sold for over 1000.00- not a bad roi in my opinion

Agree with you, 'i' is the best and for the reasons mentioned by you as main companies like to choose 'i' over 'e'.

Hi,

i is best imo.
But i would look out for some good dictionary without an i or e its still much better.

In the literal sense, "i" relates to a personalized/customized services and products that speaks directly to you. I believe this is the stronger prefix as this trend continues and products become even more customized for consumers.

"E" on the other hand, typically represents "electronic," "internet-enable," or the like. But with the new web 2.0, we have moved beyond that prefix because it's too generic. Another good comparison of a fading keyword would be "digital" for example since everything is already digital nowadays.

IMO

you see e and i all over- sometimes its preference, sometimes, its which is avail- from eHarmoney to eLoan, to iPod to iPhone- i think they all have a place- ebusiness.tv sold, eRealty.tv sold too- both over a grand- obviously you would desire business.tv, but at that fee, eBusiness is an awesome alternative- just dont get weird- iAsparagas.tv might not fair so well- but then again, who knows...

I'm not a big fan, but I did reg ePharmacy.tv, but it gets zero traffic.
