Thank you both.

Anybody else? Any ideas on monetization on such a word?

Well, when we think about or research Dynamics you are inundated with categories such as:: Physics, engineering, Sociology, psychology, Computer science, and mathematics.... That's 6 possible categories to expand, develop, & monetize for. Ultimately you would want to pick the category you know the most about (even if its just a little), that will make it 10 times easier to develop.

Once development starts you have options such as: Paid subscription, PPC ads, PPS ads, Paid services, Paid Product downloads, Paid Informational / ebook downloads, Paid memberships, etc.. The options are limitless.

At the end of the day, you are the only one that can really decide which category is best suited & easier to develop for. As long as you know a little something about it, you'll be able to research & create content with little hassles or headaches.

Keep in mind that a Monetized site is much easier to value as well, one can simply take the monthly income, multiply it by 18 months (1 1/2 years) & you have your low end sale price, then you can add in additional fees for the time vested in developing the site, licensing, product rights, content copyrights, etc..

That's just my opinion though.. hope it helps :)
