Any domain could "potentially" have value if you develop it into a website. But, purely based on the value of the domain I just don't see it having any value. Why waste your time with an english word .in when you can pick up dot net's almost every day for xx or very low xxx of equal exact search volume keywords that you know will have good investment value?
