Would like your appraisals on my latest .us name.

"In Vitro Fertilization" gets about 26k exact local searches in google.
CPC about $3.

You my friend own a lot of .us names. Man look at that list. I can see this domain being developed nicely for a US company that performs that type of operation.
This one is tricky, .Com would be worth a mint, but .us doesn't get the play from domainers that a .com or .net would.
The value will lay in the company that will develop it of course. Its direct and to the point. I would hazard to say a few hundred bucks *BUT* you will have to find the right company for it.

Just a thought... have you considered .co? It launches shortly, has a lot of money behind it.
This one (IMO) is launching a little different then other recent extensions.
.co is (kind of) already in use. What I mean by kind of is that there are already popular extensions that utilize .co as part of their extension.
For instance:
.co.uk, .co.in, .co.cc, .co.nr, .co.jp and so on.
The UK and IN ones are very popular from what I read. Even though .co is currently Colombia's country code its also recognized world round as the shorted term for Company or Corporation. Hence why .co.uk is for business companies and the same with the rest of the.
My point being that .co may be a better alternative to .us.
Just my opinion. At least it should be worth looking into.

I think you have a winner here as far as selling it to an end user, This name has the potential to make a dnjournal.com type of sale. Doctors have cash, InvitroFertilization is huge business in the USA. As Dot US sits right now, I can see you getting 1K for it, From an end user. Hold that name for a couple of years and i can see it bringing 5K++ Imo
