I've been inspired by IowaDawgs general welcome post. I thought I would create my General Answer post. This post will be where I store my most common answers rather than answering each question individually. That way I can only respond where there's a unique angle.
Where to Sell Domains
For those people who post a request if the general form of:
"I just registered this name 3dTradeMarkPotForum.com where can I sell it ?"
Answer: You can't. You can choose to list it in multiple places.. but I think Matt wants you to try Bodis.com
Did I Hit the Jackpot
The question is self-evident. The answer is: no.
I just Regged XBOXGuide, Apple5G, ChevySucks etc.
Answer: The law doesn't work on a basis that aligns with your view so you will never convince me you are selling Boxes that have an "X" logo... or apples. etc. It's a TM so drop it and don't try and sell it. Move along and stay away before you lose your life savings to an overzealous lawyer.
Religion and Politics
Answer: You're wrong.
GoDaddy doesn't work In <your country>
Answer: No it doesn't. Ain't that a damn shame. Nothing to see here.
