Hi,
I have received some more offers, so Yefim247's offer wasn't the highest. The day it has to be definitely sold was 27th but I extended that date after I was talking with the man who has offered the actual highest price as he has agreed. I have maybe made an mistake that I haven't posted this here and just deleted the dates from post so this missunderstand come out. So I am sorry for this misunderstand, but I don't think here is anything bad...

Hey that sure isnt right. If you decide to extend this, you should have mentioned it on Saturday or latest by Sunday. This would have been a better thing to use instead of that "bump". Also, whoz this Highest price offerer? Is it someone on some other forum or someone here? If you received an offer via PM or on another forum or auction, please mention it here as a post saying something like "offer recd $xx via PM". One last thing, never edit the first thread unless its something really important.

So the highest offer I have received was on some other forum and is 120$, received via PM.

It doesn't say anywhere that you are extending the sale....all you did was delete your original offer.
There are no signed or written contracts on this forum...just people honoring what they offer and I don't believe that as a newer member here this has done your credibility much good.

I'd just like to point out that whenever the auction format is in use... the auction rules apply.

This means that a clear end date and time needs to be established at the start of the auction (ex: Sept 4th at 10pm EST, or "24 hours after a final bid is placed) and cannot be changed at all once a bid is placed.

This is the "make offers" forum - an auction should have never been taking place here in the first place. It is not set up for it. The auction forum is set up to avoid this exact issue.

Just to clarify...It was a sale with a BIN price that was accepting offers...
The highest offer Monday Aug 27th was to receive the name....
