Dropcatch & NameBright - Several Issues

I had been monitoring an expiring domain name via WHOIS checks and placed a backorder on GoDaddy. Upon the domain's deletion, DropCatch claimed it and put it up for auction. After winning the auction and paying a substantial amount for a relatively inexpensive non-premium domain name, I received an email from DropCatch confirming the successful purchase and indicating that the domain was now in my NameBright account.

Naturally, I attempted to log in to NameBright using their legacy site version, but my details were not recognized. I confirmed my username matched my DropCatch account and reset my password via email link, yet I still couldn't log in.

I then tried the Beta version of NameBright and managed to log in. However, when I navigated to "my domains," I encountered an "access unavailable" error on every page related to account management.

I contacted support but discovered there is no support available on weekends. Additionally, I found numerous concerning one-star reviews for both DropCatch and NameBright on various forums and platforms.

Has anyone had a good experience with these services? I need reassurance that my domain is secure, as the payment was significant for me.

Attached are some screenshots for reference.

For context, I am a first-time user of both DropCatch and NameBright, fully ID-verified by DropCatch, and my payment has been processed and deducted from my bank account.

Thank you.

My experience with Namebright has always been a positive one, several years holding mid xx names. I've never used DropCatch.

DropCatch website though seems stuck in some insane Y2K delirium hellscape.

Update:

Been told to try legacy site instead of Beta Namebright which I already said I did and doesn't work. Atleast a relatively fast email response. Seems to be some major issues with the code of these sites.
