DropCatch mystery

I backordered a domain using DropCatch and I get a notice that they missed it and didn't catch it. In reality they did catch it and if you visit that domain it clearly states they did.

It did not go to auction etc.

So what could this be?

Anyone have this experience today?

Other than today had good experience with them but this issue today just doesnt sound right.

Any insight appreciated, I emailed them as well.

Is it registered to them or another customer? Either way it not good, but if the former I would be very troubled, because Reberry said somewhere on NP that he would not compete with his DropCatch customers for drop catches.

I love how people wildly throw out accusations and ask for similar experiences without providing any information that would (a) Allow someone to confirm ANY part of it or (b) stating how they may have tried to resolve the question with the actual parties involved.

Did you even bother to just ask Rebies? Or better.. wait for a response to your email?

Does it say namebright/dropcatch or hugedomains in the whois?

update: it was simply a issue with their system and they placed the name in my account

There is the possibility there was an auction and someone won it though you may not have been aware. The reason being is I won a name at an auction house and even though it's in my possession and I've submitted the correct whois, it does nor show me as the domain owner, yet. Even after two weeks!
