DropCatch Issues CONTINUES..

Few months ago my friend introduced me to DropCatch so i registered an account there and for bidding i tried to add the mastercard as well as the visa card too but never got inside because of this error"
AddToVaultFailed"

Can anyone help me to get rid of this thing?

Have been using DC for quite some while, but never faced such problem. Please contact their support team.
