Dreamweaver help!

[mis_chiff]

Hopefully I can explain this correctly...

I have main page (a)
it has all the info with about 7 links to small information
tidbits that I have stored all on another page (b)

Instead of getting the top of the page and having to scroll
down - how to I set it so if you click on the 5th link on page (a),
you would go to that section of page (b) (without having to scroll)

I'm sure it has something to do with target, but I just can't
figure it out.

Any help would be appreciated.
