This domain name is worth over $500.

These "Dream" names have done great lately. DreamLife.com for 171k, DreamDesign.com for 6k. Yours is a great name and I would actively seek end users for this gem. For we know, you might sell it for xx,xxx amount too.

The age and the PR (of course, plus traffic) make it even more valuable.

I would respectfully disagree. .net, .info, .biz, .cn, .co.uk taken.

Even DreamDesign.com had a google of only 200,000. It sold for 6k (a low figure, IMO). Most DreamKeyword1.com names have been taken.

Reseller, yes, its not more than mid xxx. But this one is clearly an end user domain.

I agree with you sashas Michael Goldman thinks too much like estibot only looking at Google searches.

I value this domain as High xxx to reseller and ???? to end user. You already got the domain 9 years so probably its hard to find a End User for this one...

Dream is a great keyword when applied to travel, vacations, design and pleasure stuff.. not business. It's just common sense.
If you find a buyer of course you can sell for whatever you want, but go list it for sale here and you won't get that much, because these two keywords together don't make that much sense. I'm obviously talking about reseller price.

I agree with you on the reseller prices.

I know Micheal knows his stuff. He has some great domains himself. But I appraised it primarily for an end user. Resellers don't have much use for such domains (unless they have a development idea at hand).
