Firstly, you should forget the term "flipping" as it is usually used to indicate quick turnover of domains which is not what usually happens.
Spend time on this forum reading up on what sells and what doesn't before you look at buying any more.
You also need to think of who would use the domains you may want to buy, is there a market for it!
That said, dreamperk.com is a nice sounding domain that would probably fit under the umbrella term "brandable". I would look to offer it to sites such as brandpa, brandbucket or other brandable marketplaces and if they accept it, I think they would probably price it around the $2,000 mark.
No guarantee this is what you will get for it though as there is no certainty that it will find a buyer. More experienced domain investors on this forum will usually state that even a solid domain portfolio will only sell around 2% per year.
