No offense, but your post is not very insightful.

The name itself is very memorable and brandable. Also Group is a great ending for a business (Just like CO, INC, etc)

Well no one mentioned that this had traffic. Thats a different story. My appraisal was based on just the name which IMO isnt anything special but since it has traffic thats very different.

With an Alexa traffic rank of about 4.8 mill, the traffic won't really be a factor, very small. Most extensions taken but some still avail, including the dot.us.
Good, serviceable name though. Not as nice as dreamTeam of course, but still sounds pretty good. There are a few companies with this name, I didn't check for any TM's but of course you should just to be safe.
Looks like there are no large companies with this name, so if one of them wanted to buy it I doubt you'd get any huge cash offers for it. A Vancouver group has the dreamGroup(.)ca and it looks like they'd be the largest of any end users, but I bet they're happy with the dot.ca.
I think a realistic price for resellers would be in the 400 - 600 range, a little more if they're very confident about it and like the age.
And I think a realistic range for end user offers might be in the $1500 - 3K zone. Things can always skyrocket from there as you know, if there's a very motivated party that wants it, but I think these are sober estimates.
