Dowtrade.com HELP

Hi. I'm new here. I was send here from afternic forum.

This is my domain (dowtrade.com) and I'm seriously worries and not sure if I would have problems with TMs

In US TM search I found "DOW " TM is dead.

I've seen similar (dow-trade.com) at Sedo with asking price 10,000 EUR.
I need to know if I can sell such domain (maybe nice money) or I'm done

Much would depend on usage and intent. Since you looked up Dow already and know the Dow Jones is in the field of trading, you know there could be a TM issue. It is up to you how you handle the domain. Bad faith usage= bad, good faith usage =good

If his name is"Don Wallace" and he is providing a trading website for all kind of trades i would think.....JUST KIDDING , follow DNQuest's advice, he knows what he is talking about....
