Downloads Website (SelectDownloads.com)

Hi,

I have had SelectDownloads.com now for 12 months but still not done anything with it. I feel it would do a great deal if it was developed into a download(s) site. I would just like to know, would there be any chance to make any money from this kind of site, if so, how could I do this and what avenues should I take?

register with SEDO.com and put your domain for sale. in the meanwhile, make it avilable for parking domains. you can earn some money at the same time, you can sell it.

1) Revenue through advertisements
2) Sponsors for hosting
3) Providing Links to others
4) Download limit (Basic and Advanced)

Ad revenue would be great. I love how downloads.com does it. They make it subtle, yet there is still a hint of advertisement. No popups, or annoying things, just a clean nice layout with rotating ads.
