If you're playing with the last minute renewals, always double check in-expiration landers. Maybe your domain name is flagged for deceptive advertising or redirect chain. Some of nTLDs a.w. com, org etc are really bad. If your DN gets flagged, you’re burning money. imo

I always find last minute renewals hinders enquiry as people will check expires as looking up whois. I am guilty at times at leaving things late and yes if you have problems you cant do much if leave it too late.

Not going to mention one specific tld (mis/promoted here @ NP) that desperately uses power of in-expiration landing pages to show a very bad ads or redirects. Regards

It's part of being organized. Unfortunately, most domainers aren't.
