We also acknowledge the concerns raised about DevAccuracy LTD’s dissolved UK company status and the premature Delaware/LLC wording on our site. Those were presentation mistakes, and we’re correcting the public wording to reflect the current status clearly.

You're right - we are effectively a reseller (third-party platform) powered by Squarespace as we build stronger grounding in the domain space.

Company status alone doesn’t prove reliability, so let’s be clear: DevAccuracy LTD (UK company 15960167) was (compulsory strike-off) dissolved on 17 February 2026 during our period of inactivity while we rebuilt the entire platform from scratch. We are now fully active again and actively working on restoring the company’s active status. Dotwen is the live product we’ve been developing the whole time. We’ve been transparent about the setup and 100+ real users have already successfully registered domains through Squarespace with zero issues.

It seems they are operating in two different countries. Their site https://devaccuracy.com/about mentions their headquarters being in Delaware, USA under a slightly different trading name DevAccuracy LLC.

You're correct about the Delaware mention.

We’re in the middle of a normal business restructure. Our original UK company (DevAccuracy LTD) was dissolved earlier this year and we’re actively working on restoring its status. At the same time we’re registering a new US entity (Delaware preferred) to use Stripe US for smoother payments. Showing Delaware on the https://devaccuracy.com/about page was a premature mistake - we don’t legally hold the entity yet, and we’ll correct the page once it’s finalized... 'LLC' part is also a mistake during AI Powered development...

For now, Dotwen integrates with established third-party registrars (Squarespace) for domain registrations.
