Dotster's new interface. Pushing a domain!

Does anyone know how to push domains at Dotster with the new interface? I've been trying for an hour and I can't seem to find it. So irritating.

I am in the same situation, its been 3 days since I am trying to find out how to push a domain name at Domain.com (their use the same bloody interface).

I have checked all the help and FAQ´s info from their website and there is nothing about domain push or internal transfer.

I have Googled and tried everything...

AND....SUPPORT SYSTEM DOES NOT ANSWER ANY TICKET

Unfortunately your instructions will only work for the OLD interface. (Dotster/domain.com/mydomain.com/etc has implemented a new system plataform for recently created accounts)

there is no "PUSH Domain" or "Internal Transfer" or "Domain Ownership change" or "Change account" and I tried everything.


Domain.com Technical Support is dead ........

Hello;

For push domain in Dotster's new interface (Domain Central):

1) Select domain or domains from checkbox in the domain list

2) Find "Modify selected domain" link under the domain list and click

3) Now you will see "Edit Multiple Domains" page. Look to "MULTIPLE DOMAIN EDITOR" menu for "MOVE DOMAINS" option.

I'm also looking on how to push a domain at Dotster now. They seemed to have removed the "Move Domains" button as shown in the screenshot above.

Do you know if it is possible to push a domain from Dotster.com to MyDomain.com, because Dotster is the reseller I guess.

Have never tried it, sorry.. many believe it is just a security measure until they get things sorted out.. Lets hope so and keep fingers crossed thet it is put back asap..

I just spoke to someone in Dotster support and they did not know how to push a domain between accounts.

They thought there was a place in the interface for it but it was not there.

They transferred me to the tech department to find out and I have been on hold for at least a half hour if not more.

If they don't answer soon I am going to hang up!

How are we supposed to sell a domain before the 60 day lock is over if there is no way to push a domain to

another account and if the customer service people don't even know how to do it?

Has anybody ever successfully pushed a domain at Dotster before the 60 day lock is over?

Just ask the support to delete the names you want to push from your account. The other guy then has to add the domains by himself from his account.

That sounds crazy - to delete the domains from your account.

And how is the other person supposed to add the domains?

Do they receive an email, or are they visible in their account?

Well yeah, dotster is crazy!

I'm not 100% sure myself how the process work, but just today I sold one of my dotster domains (that's the first time I sold one since they changed the way to push domains there) and the buyer apparently knows how it works there already, he just asked me to make sure they delete the domain from my account, to tell him when it's done and that he'd add the domain by himself to his account.

To add the domains to your account I think you have to go to "add existing" on domaincentral and just add the domains.

The whois info for the domain now shows his info so it looks like he successfully got it to his account.

It seems like a mistake could easily be made and someone could potentially add a domain to their account that is not theirs.

I just tired an experiment in my account.

In domain central I entered a random domain name using "add existing".

I also think so, but I also think that's just how dotster's system work unfortunately...

Need to ask someone to confirm that that's really how it works, I never tried it myself personally.
