James, Neuf (Cegetel) isn't a channel like Channel5, it is a powerful telecom operator, in addition to their standard subscription options they provide VOD and a choice of thematic and or generalist, public and commercial, French or foreign channels.

They also own and use NeufVod.tv for their VOD site.
