Dot com combination or not

I need some advices:

I want to get a domain name for resale to a end user then I figure out that many combination are free too and if I try to sell to a savvy a buyer he can just look at other combinations and registered for $8.00 compare to the selling price I ask for $$$$

So my question is:
Do you think it's worth to register all other combinations or not of course he also can get the .net, .org... but I don't think so because will not be good for his business.

For example (domain names below are not mine and just as example):
If you have hawaiivacations.com there are other combinations like hawaii-vacations.com and vacationshawaii.com

Hypnen and reverse name.

so what would you do? is it worth to register all combinations? Also if you have others domain names, and you register all, it could cost you lot of money.

Do you think that end user will not want other combinations and pay high to get your domain name or will register for $8.00

IMO, I would combined two domains for them, they may think it's enough to pay. Then, the rest, I may park for traffic, after they made a great site

I suppose that depends on your enduser, if it's a big, reputable company, they would like to by companybrand.com companytrade.com and .net and anything else.
