I can see a number of these getting picked up - there a few others I'm surprised they accepted the high reserve and can't see selling because of it. What do you think?

Awesome thank you! What's forum signature? I'm still somewhat of a newbie here and can't figure it out. Do you mean include a signature in my profile with a link, which will then take people to another place where my portfolio can be viewed?
https://www.namepros.com/account/signature

Only thing is if you are on mobile, you can't see signatures. And only signed in members can see signatures..

Every time you post, your signature will be shown at the bottom of your posting..

I recently accidentally found out that if you turn your phone sideways, you can see your signature and other signatures. :)

I am having issues with Namespro.

I am trying to add a verification code via txt record to multiple domains i have registered there. I cannot see a way to do this, when i talked with support ( multiple times ) they say since my domains DNS is pointed to efty.com I have to add the txt record from efty's end??

This is confusing as i have domains registered at multiple other registrars and and all the DNS point to efty.com and i have no problem adding a txt record via the registrars dns management area.

is this a case of not all registrars are created equally? or am i missing something.

thanx Dan

i don't think you can add a txt/cname record unless your nameservers are set to you registrar's default setting first. after everything goes through, sometimes mins/hr/day you can point your nameservers where you want to again.

In this case, I think you have to have it hosted by Namespro temporarily in order to get the option of a TXT field. Then just switch it back.

I think it's the same way at Rebel.

Check whois for your domain. You have to make any changes with the company that hosts those nameservers. So if whois says your nameservers are efty, then you have to add the txt record to the DNS settings within Efty. If whois says your nameservers are namespro, then you should be able to add the txt record within the DNS settings at namespro. If you want to change which company hosts your DNS, then make those changes to the nameserver settings at your registrar for that domain.

For namespro, you add a txt field through the zone editor tool:

Sorry, it appears that one can't include links unless you upgrade the user account.

Holy crap, it looks like someone bought (on a dollar deal?) a crapload of LLLL.CA domains and is now letting them flow back to the sea.

I slogged through A and partway through B and the numbers are truly insane.

The To Be Released (TBR) Weekly .CA Picks for October 23 are online:

The .CA numbers have increased for the sixth week in a row, but a lot of these seemed to be a concerted effort to stockpile a series of 4-letter domains, likely purchased during a sale period. So donโ€™t expect the overall quality of the list to mimic its high numbers (especially as it relates to LLLs), and our Top Picks List highlights domains like...

Check out our Gentlemen's Club

Wow, what a dog crap week. And you weren't kidding about the LLLL's...wtf were some people thinking?

Thanks as always @DomainRecap

Wow, what a dog crap week.

And slogging through that mass of LLLL junk just gave me a headache last night, and that's the only reason the numbers jumped and gave off a false sense of quality.

Other than CONCERT.CA, the best part were the names I listed afterwards - a surprising amount of business activity on some of those puppies.

Wow, the TBR hit 3-digits with 104 selections, which is higher than I though it would go.

In first we had networksforimmigrants.ca, and Top Pick concert.ca in second, along with
angelina.ca, and musk.ca in the top 10.

Craziest Mass Selections (might be the Mills Family buying them back) and with these 17 picks, I'm beginning to see why my prediction of 80-90 was so far off - would have been 87 without these:

millsfamilysux.ca
millsfamilylies.ca
allaboutthemills.ca
millsfamilysucks.ca
millsfamilytruth.ca
themillsareliars.ca
millsfamilyguilty.ca
millsfamilyvalues.ca
themillssettlement.ca
millsfamilylitigation.ca
thetruthaboutthemills.ca
themillsfamilysettlement.ca
themillsfamilydoesntcare.ca

and you might have guessed...

The To Be Released (TBR) .CA Results & Leftovers for October 23 have been served:

This weekโ€™s .CA TBR list increased for the sixth week in a row, and featured another big uptick in the number of single-words, but also sported a very limited selection of mediocre 3-letter domains. The TBR results moved up from 80 to 104 selections, which was much larger than we envisioned (blame the Mills Family for that), with some of the notable Top 10 picks being...

It sounds more like a Canadian family who was involved in some wrong-doing, possibly a factory that poisoned a town, etc. and there are a lot of those around.
