I have a site which i brought from a member here at Namepros & ever since i've had it i have got good click through rates on Adsense, some days CTR is 33% 50% & 100%, the reason is because it gets only a few visitors a day & they click ads, it isn't always like this for 3 straight days there might be no clicks, anyway i have been told Adsense might find this suspect...

Should i take the ads off this site until traffic picks up?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
GoDaddyGoDaddy
look at the latest visitors in cpanel in the stats thing and find out where they're coming from and see if something fishy is going on.. also whats the URL to the site?

cheers

Nothing funny is happening at all but my concern is will Google think that the CTR's look suspect :|...

The reason you're getting such high click through rates is because the ads on the homepage are well positioned. At first glance they look like links within your own site, not ads. Well done.

I wouldn't worry about it. If your traffic and clicks are genuine, Google should be smart enough to realize why your having high click throughs.

I posted an article in another thread that explains how companies like google can detect click fraud. One of the signs is high CTR's but I don't think it would apply in your case.

The thread is here.

I agree with what you have written.

As well as traffic source (the prime factor), having other AdSense websites with a low CTR also helps indicate you are not cheating.

On some days your getting a 100% CTR? I am pretty sure your account will get flagged for that.
