The terms and policies are presented during the sign-up process at namePros and an account cannot be created until said terms and policies have been agreed to (Acknowledging they were read and understood at the time of account creation).

Failure to follow the rules and policies one agreed to leads to rule reminders, warnings and then restrictions when rules are repeatedly violated. That's pretty standard for any type of community.

We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience and agree with your advice that terms and conditions should be read prior to checking the box that you agree to them.

Your account is a classic example of why we don't delete accounts. You want to delete your history that led to your "Restricted (Market)" status.

How would we protect our members if we allowed you to delete your history and create a new account?

That wouldn't make any sense.

The same applies to seemingly innocent accounts: we can never truly know whether an account was involved in something that we'll later piece together. Not deleting accounts has helped us thwart many types of attacks and make important discoveries during future fraud investigations.

I don`t agree with you .Its justifying your waste rules.what if I make a new account with another email id ? how will you know about it.Every one has right to join or leave a forum. How can you control ones privacy by stating or framing waste rules that interferes with ones privacy?
