Your account is a classic example of why we don't delete accounts. You want to delete your history that led to your "Restricted (Market)" status.
How would we protect our members if we allowed you to delete your history and create a new account?
That wouldn't make any sense.
The same applies to seemingly innocent accounts: we can never truly know whether an account was involved in something that we'll later piece together. Not deleting accounts has helped us thwart many types of attacks and make important discoveries during future fraud investigations.
