Donating NP$ to charity

Could someone tell me how it is that I don't have ENOUGH NP$ to be able to donate to a charity?

Not really sure how all this works. Do I need to reach a specific quota before I am allowed to donate?

Or am I just being a bit simple and not doing something right?

I think you need a minimum of 250np$ to donate.

I'd say its just not worth it if people are donating smaller amounts
