Hello everyone! Been a while since I have hit up the appraisal section, but I have been having some trouble pricing this one. I bought it a few months ago in what I would call a steal, but have had some difficulty moving it recently.
I find that I can generally judge value quite well, but I am looking to hear some thoughts from the great community here at NamePros!
