1 word, well know, but very long, one words are usually somewhat of a no brainer, however this one is giving me some trouble. I have been offered it at what seems like a steal

Thanks for your reply, and a quick one as well. I agree it is a bit of a stretch. Would you value it above reg fee? I think I may hold it for a while just for the sake of it.

Not really. There are almost endless single word domains available when you start looking at obscure tenses. It is hard to sell any domain, even a single word .COM, if there is no real use as a keyword or brand.
