Hi, I'm Tim, founder of DomDB. I was previously the founder of tld-list.com.

What Is It

A domain intelligence platform that aggregates aftermarket and premium domains.

Its goal is to empower buyers and sellers of domain names with data, services, and tools.

What Does It Do
  • Search Engine: search all BIN aftermarket and premium domain names using a wide selection of filters.
  • Price History Data: track price changes in aftermarket and premium unregistered domains.
  • Domain Watch: monitor domains and get notified of new listings and price drops (currently supports 7 major BIN aftermarkets).
  • Compare Aftermarkets

How Can It Can You
  • find the cheapest BIN price of an aftermarket/premium domain name across all platforms
  • monitor seller motivation based on tracked domain price history and time on market
  • be the first to know about price drops and new listings
  • brand protection: discover when misspellings and extensions matching your domain become available for purchase

Trying It Out

Domain Watch: watch up to 20 domains for free for the next 3 months. Create an account using this link:

https://domdb.com/create-account?promoCode=BT-GZ9IW

This promotion is limited to the first 20 sign ups and expires on October 15th, 2025.

What’s Next
  • more supported aftermarkets, including auctions
  • API
  • Search Watch: get notified when a domain is added or changed in a custom DomDB search
  • Bulk Availability Checker
  • Domain Name Appraisal
  • More data: domain age, registered extension counts, developed extensions counts, etc.
  • user aftermarket reviews, domain ratings & comments
Feedback

All feedback is welcome. Please post here or email contact[at]domdb.com (PGP).

DomDB now has an API that supports a single domain lookup and returns current prices, price histories, and metadata. Full documentation available here.

New and existing users have access to the API for the entirety of their free trial.

DomDB now has registered extensions/TLDs data shown on the search interface, domain detail pages, and API.

This means users can sort and filter by the registered extension count per domain. Hover or tap the count to see a preview popover of the most popular registered extensions:

Clicking the "+X more..." link will show all of the registered extensions with pricing:
