Hello,

I have recently sent an email to DomainSite's technical support because i am having troubles registering my custom nameservers for one of my domains. I keep getting an error that it couldn't register my custom nameservers.

Do you know how long DomainSite usually takes to respond to their e-mails?

Thanks in advance :tu:

Are you hosting it yourself or useing a different host. This has happened to me before because my host was getting new servers and their old ns1.example.com . etc didn't work. Check with your host as well if you arn't hosting it yourself.

My personal experience is different and lately has been absolutely negative.

Imagine what if you are having a problem say on T. after 6pm... if you are lucky you get an answer next 4 - 5 days later...in some case it could be too late if the issue is related with a domain purchase (you can loose it) or a transfer or a sale (You could loose your reputation) .
The support is a strategical priority in this field, it is not often needed but must be there when needed, for pros at least.
For hobbist or sunday traders, it could be ok. IMHO
