PayPal has changed the way they authorize their transactions. Unfortunately, they will no longer authorize international customers' transactions if the PayPal account is linked to a bank account. We strongly recommend that you contact PayPal, provide them with your transaction ID, and request an authorization. Once you receive a response from PayPal, please forward the message to us so we may determine a way to help you resolve this issue.
If you’d still like to use PayPal for this transaction, I can offer you the following—somewhat laborious—workaround.
1. Send exact payment for your transfers to
[email protected].
2. Email
[email protected] with your PayPal receipt. (Be sure to explain the purpose of your email. Remember: the person answering
[email protected] may not be familiar with your situation. Please include your Domainsite username in your email.)
3. At this point, we will add the amount listed on your PayPal receipt to your Domainsite.com account as credit. (You may view your account credit by clicking the “Select” button next to “View your account credit information” on the “Hello” page of your account.)
4. Now, log into your Domainsite.com account, and use your account credit upon checking out.
