DomainSite didn't get me my domain!

Today i just purchased a domain with DomainSite, it was an .info domain worthing 2$, i sumbit Pay button with paypal and gone vbakc to my domainsite account but the domain was not there!
DomainSIte ahs got the 2$ from me but didn't gave me the domain!
The domain is still available!

Contact support ASAP; they may aknowledge the error & fix the problem rapidly. On the other hand, if you delay in doing so you could lose your domain to someone else (don't mention the name in the meantime).
