I'm buying .com or .net with $5.00+ in avg monthly earnings. Please PM what you have along with your best price.

I am not paying a particular multiple. The better the name the more I will pay. If you say the name makes $10 and I can't figure out why the name would make 10 cents then that is a more speculative name, whereas if the name is decent, or somewhat generic, then the name would have value without earnings at all, so the price would go up. Budget is mid $xxx.
Anything that makes over $5 per month I will look at. Send it all and remember, the more info you let me know, the better the chance of a sale. If you are a seasoned domainer then don't tell me you "just parked it" or "don't know".
If you want the sale then send me names you would buy yourself for the price you are asking. If you wouldn't pay anywhere near the price you are asking, then please don't send it.
