You say the name is someone that rents out domains. The problem with that is most people searching to rent a domain name would not be searching for the term that describes the person that rents the domain. In fact there are no searches for the term according to the Google keyword tool. They would search for something such as "Rent Domain" The only use I could think of for this domain is maybe a site about how to rent domains.

That is a person that buys Crap domains with the misguided belief someone will rent/lease/buy/use it.

Most domains are owned (Licensed exclusively from their respective registry actually), a very few are LEASED not RENTED. Leasing of domains is NEVER going to be common for sound economic and practical reasons.
The correct and commonly used term for someone that leases property to someone else is a "Lessor" so DomainLessor.com would be a more correct domain choice.

First rule of domaining is
If you have to explain the name probably not a great name.

If you ever have to "justify" the name and make others feel as good as you do about the domain.....the domain is generally crap.
