Well I kind of get it, I knew someone who had a very nice apartment in London who rented mainly to financial companies for around £4k a week.

I know there are also companies who focus on medical professionals (such as Medics on the move).

So there probably is a market out there, but I really can't see much value for the domain on its own and from a development point of view, I think a more brandable name would be needed.
