I haven't used DomainPeople.com before. Just purchased a domain and it's regged with this registrar.
The problem I met are I can't lock the domain and can't update NS too.
I submitted a support ticket, the tech support replied that the domain is in transferring process so the NS and Lock functions are not available. This answer makes sense but actually I didn't request transfer out. I asked them to cancel the transfer out and lock the domain also help me to update the NS (from SEDO to my Hosting NS). They did so, and everything seems solved and worked.
However, the NS changed to SEDO NS automatically after around 20 minutes and the domain is unlocked again. I locked and updated the NS again. After around 30 minutes, it's unlocked and the NS are changed to SEDO once again.
What's wrong with this registrar? :td:
