Does it mean they are trying to send the domainer a threat to release his valuable domains for the crap offer?
That's not fair.
Also, the value of a domain should not be greater than the cost of the trademark should be true if only if all that the business will ever acquire to run the business like office, staff, equipment and more will cost same or below trademark fee. If any could be above it, then their view is of no value.

Generic trademark won't mean a great deal on this word. I wouldn't give a toss either.

If it is that one, it's industry defining (property market), not sure how anyone or any company can claim they own the rights to a whole industry or dictionary word for that matter.
