Try to compare few best auction houses, forums etc.. realated with domain sales and they are all went down in the last year. Is domaining in a state of hibernation?

I would say that is exactly what is going on, with the current state of the world economy most likely a heavy contributing factor. While the sales are still there (obviously) it seems to be in a bit of a lull. Rick recently touched on this in one of his posts and I consider him a seer when it comes to this stuff.

No - it's dead unless you have single word popular dot coms.

I am letting ALL of my parked domains that are not paying for themselves drop (or try to sell) to get some invested revenue back even though they have been good earners in the past.
