Hello friends. I just registered the two .com domains titled here. I'm seeking a site name for the 700+ domains I've registered over the last year, and would appreciate your thoughts on either or both of these names. It was just yesterday I'd registered the name DomainPleasure.com for my site, but it was because of some of the feedback I got here that I decided to scrap that name:xf.frown:

As some of you know I'm passionate about everything I do, and I feel Blessed for the Imagination that I've been given. Personally I think we're all blessed just to be here, and we're all blessed with an imagination:xf.grin:

Please share your thoughts. Thanks,

Bulloney

DP was on drop list right. 700 domains is more than most people have.
It is not what others think that matters it is after all your imagination, ideally you need to be original if developing a site, I found it's better to have a fresh reg for that but yeah they are hard to come by. You could always think of a budget for your idea and get a shorter name. We all have those but some domains that would be great for a "domain site" would be hard to get most to part with.

I've got a similar sized portfolio, and I've had problems deciding which names to use for sales sites.
I've been fortunate enough to pick up a few domaining names over the years, and I'm in the process of deciding which and how to use. It's always useful to list all your names in one place, but I think that sometimes the full list is too large for some buyers who want names for specific projects. The decision is whether to use multiple sites, or to have sub-directories for specific niches. Both approaches seem to have advantages.

With reference to your two names, I always say that we aren't selling domain names, we are selling dreams. We supply names to help developers to realise these dreams. This leaves me to suggest that Domain Imagination is the better name in my opinion. I think it flatters the potential buyer.

Kuffy...you and I are thinking a lot alike lately. It's just been a few hours since I registered and posted about these two domains, but I tend to make my mind up pretty fast. So, DomainImagination.com it is. As for a single site or multiple sites... believing in the SimpliKiss.com principal, a single site it will be. Like you, many of the domains I purchased, I intended to develop, but that isn't going to happen. I've seen at least a dozen or more sites here and elsewhere, and the one that fits my style best is Asset.Domains owned by a NamePros member from down under? I really like the "Business Card" look for presenting domain names for sale, and I prefer the idea of quality over quantity. The other thing I plan on adding to my site is a short, under 5 minute Youtube video, about imagination, passion and determination.

btw...I guess Kuffy is a cat...right? Unfortunately I'm allergic to cats, and I use to dislike them. However, over the years I've learned to respect them, but simpli stay away. I do have a mascot for all my business ventures, and its a Bulldog named Biscuit...see attached. Whatever I can't sell, Biscuit can:xf.grin: Thanks Kuffy!

In real life, I'm a dog person. The cat avatar was the result of using Kuffy on a private webmaster board, and they seem to be very pro cats. The cat in a fedora started as a joke for one of the girl's in that forum. I changed it once, and they all complained, so I changed it back again. I've kept it to use on other boards, because it makes it easier to spot my posts, and it doesn't seem to give offence to other members. :)

The name Kuffy comes from the domain name I picked up for reg fee in 2003. Previously it was used by a porn webmaster. I've used it as an alter ego since then, and it hasn't been associated with porn, although one of the free WiFi providers still lists it as a porn site - I must get that removed. :)
