Just want to develop it for my domain portfolio. just curious, Is this Tld has any resale value? (with my combination)

i'm afraid to invest in this domain b'coz of emaill. gmail might be consider it as a spam easily, compared to other tld's & not so many developed websites except few.

No resale value in this one, especially those 2 words

You are better off developing it, however using a name like this wont help your business, you would be better off finding a decent .COM for it
