domain Domain with Parking Revenue

Domain: be be real dot com

I picked up this name the other day and added it to parked.com on Jan 1st. It's been averaging 50 visitors and $3.60 revenue per day.

It used to be a website for dolls or something, will this decrease the value because potential buyers will feel the traffic is unsustainable? What other factors increase and decrease the value of parked domains?

If I wanted to sell it, how much should I ask for?

well data since january 1st aren't reliable, you need to test it for at least a month, to have somehow valid "per day" stats.
also important is the origin of traffic- typein or backlinks, if it gets most traffic from backlinks, it decreases the value, because sooner or later those backlinks will disappear, if this site is no longer developed as a "doll site"

Thanks for the advice. Traffic seems to be 50% type-in, which may be because there is a website on meubebereal dot com dot br.

If the domain can earn steady $ for the next 30 days, with consistent traffic - you could probably see 8-12 months revenue on it. The domain itself really lacks, so the value is only in what kind of revenue can be made. Let her roll out for the next month and the more consistent she is, the better multiple you can receive.
