domain Domain with Revenue

I would very much appreciate any appraisals you guys can offer. I have a domain that has pretty good parking revenue with at least a semi-memorable, though somewhat long name.

Domain: musicdownloadhub.com

It is parked at Sedo.com. Below are the traffic and revenue details over the last 32 days. I think the EPC is so low because most of the traffic comes from Europe. Does anyone know of a parked program that specializes in non US traffic?

I would throw a 30 or 40 multiplier at this one.
Does it get type ins or is it link traffic ?

Traffic is primarily from links. I don't have any percentages.

Anyone else have any opinions?

Link traffic lowers the multiple on PPC...probably to 9 to 15 months on that basis. In terms of "pure" price it's probably a low/mid xx domain...all together, low xxx
