Domain Tracking Software?

Okay, for us "large" domainers IE: 20,50,100 Domains + it gets hard to keep track of all domains that we currently possess and it really sucks to let a good one expire.

Are there any software applications out there free or not, that allow you to say input domain information and they auto track it for you? Perhaps even better an application that letsyou know when a domain is close to expiring, or 10x better you can autoconfig outlook express with it to recieve Sale Offers to the domain :o

Is this wishful thinking or is their an application out there that does some of this if not more. Thanks.

There is a program called SpyName or wgs-expire or something. Runs on php/mysql. Put in your domains, will email you when they are going to expire.
