The scoring system is dead.

Or so it seems.

People I know have had many prime domains submitted with US phone verification and everything; no scores at all: not on any name submitted since late last week.

Well, Its nice to see them expand the list. Honestly a little dissapointed that they created a list, and now are completely altering it with new submissions. Most my names are still on the top 200, but 2 of them have since dropped off.

But... It looks like I should have atleast a couple domains at the auction.

They haven't reviewed my domains yet so they could still make it ... looking at the proposed list so far, it would appear at least one or more of my domains would be a good fit for the auction.

In regards to the reserves, I belive two of them are right on target: Baked.com and Profilers.com ...

The Fingerprinting.com reserve at $50K is somewhat higher than what most "domainers" could justify (even the discounted BIN for it on here is less than that for the moment), but fingerprinting refers to a lot more than fingers; think subdomains - ie. youtube / google will be actively utilizing video fingerprinting starting in the Fall.

I wonder why my domain's whois information say they are a year old when the internet archives come up with pages from many years ago. I got all of them at snapnames.

When names are bought in a drop "sometimes" they loose the original reg date in the whois records.

I have the same problem, so far I have had about 10 + names denied for being "too young" even though they show records in archieve to say they are from 2001 - bought in drops.

They had stated in a reply on the blog that it would'nt be a problem but it looks like it still is.
