Same here. I tried to call today, and it's some dumb recording and I was never able to talk to a live person.

Could this be the largest domain/money heist in history? I see no reason for no contact for weeks? Come on Jay, don't leave us hanging.

Try this number (pm me if you want the number). It's Jay's personal cell. Supposedly half have already been paid. Has anyone been paid on this forum?

Yeah, maybe I shouldn't post it. I just think if we are in business with Jay we should be able to effectively communicate. I mean no harm to Jay, however.

Got an update from Jay

Hi all,

I sent an email to Jay today and got a status back on the purchase of my domain, websupport.com. I'm told the check is being sent today.

I understand your frustrations if you're not getting any kind of update. Hopefully my case and others shows that you can trust they are working towards getting you paid.

POST EDIT:

Stephen Douglas, (Dotplanners) the executive producer of the Domain Roundtable Conference, has informed me at DNF that if anyone needs personal service in resolving their Domain Roundtable Live Domain Auction sales, please PM him at "DOTPLANNERS". He will personally follow up on your issues, send you the necessary email addresses, and if need be, direct phone numbers to get your transaction completed ASAP."

Quite frankly, this whole thing has been a mess. I can't imagine ever wanting to submit a domain for sale again to them or to purchase via one of their auctions. There's no reason why it should take as long as it is to get simple transactions taken care of. In their attempts to automate things, all that has happened has been one mess after another. The domain I purchased has been sitting in their escrow account for heading to 3 weeks, the domain I sold is also in there. It literally takes 30 seconds to push a domain from Of the 10 or so people I know who personally who have bought/sold domains, no one has gotten paid and no one has received domains purchased. We're not talking thousands of domains. I've personally handled more sales transactions during the same amount of time it's taking them to process everything.

i am sure, as frustrating as it is, everything will work its way out- i have yet to see one of these, monikers, etc... run without some sort of glitches-

You missed that two of my three domains sold:

Bakeryfoods.com $1000
MedicalClaimBilling.com $1000

Not a windfall of cash (not sure I could buy a good used Toyota for the total LOL). However, if I could average that price on the 3500 other domains I own, I might be able to get a nice cottage in Aspen.

Congrats to everyone who sold domains, we'll hope for bids for those who didn't sell this time to get your domains sold next time, and thanks to everyone for participating. If you have any questions or concerns about the Domain Roundtable auction, you can PM me and I will personally handle your request.

Ok, I had to edit my post above, but if you have any issues with your Sale or purchase at the roundtable auction, contact Stephen (DotPlanner) above this post.

Are we supposed to have our domains or money yet? Because I don't have either yet.

There has been no contact from NI to indicate if I should already have it or to continue waiting. Does that mean there's a problem with my account, or is this normal?

I was just made aware of this post. Please contact me directly. My cell phone number is (206) 866-5090.

The official email address is "agreement (at) domainroundtable.com", we are able to resolve all issues better at that address because we have a team that works on that. Rather then just one person.

Let me explain what we have been working on.

We have been working on streamlining the escrow process. We have been designing Escrow software at the same time we have been handling escrow transactions. We have made a number of good systems now to track the progress of both Money and Domains.

Thanks for the info, Jay.

I was just being patient and not really worrying about it. Timeline aside, the only thing really concerning was that my credit card was charged for the purchase I made, and the site also shows that amount coming out of my sales proceeds. But since I hadn't received the deposit yet I was going to wait until after to ask about it.

Do we need to contact you if our transactions have not yet been processed? Or will they all be handled in due time?

If you were already charged for a purchase then that amount will not be deducted from the final amount. Several people bought domains and also sold domains so they were able to pay for the domain using credit from the sale.

Jay,

Thanks for visiting and updating. I'm assuming the email I sent yesterday made it's way to you about this thread.

Along with inventing the auction and escrow software, it would be nice to have all the auction details and some ongoing news in a central location. It's a little difficult sifting through blog posts and replies, the user panel, the old auction pages, and the domain submission page to find info. I got that email address from your reply in the blog. Based on the email name of "agreement" I just assumed it was for the original submission process, and posted my inquires in the support area under the "domain roundtable" subject, which doesn't seem to be monitored.

I've really not been worried things won't come through eventually. However, it would be nice to have at least a weekly general update, and some individual information on the current status of our own auctions in the members user panel. At this point after almost 4 weeks, I still don't even know if the buyer of my domain has paid since no transfer request has been made yet.

When things settle down a bit, you might open a thread here for Domaintools suggestions or domain roundtable auction suggestions. If you are open to ideas, I and some others here could probably give you some constructive suggestions on usability form a sellers and buyers standpoint.

A central place to see the status of everything is exactly what we are working on.

Kudos to the team

My transfers went through in minutes this morning after a new transfer request.
I have to say the crew at Name Intelligence/ Domain Tools has been ALL over it this past week! A special thanks to Stephen. As it turned out it was no fault of DI/DT - godaddy was messing me up. Once that was cleared, things went smooth as ice cream.
I'll be excited to see what they're working on for an interface. I was impressed all the way before and through the auction - and they continue to improve their system. I think it's obvious they listen to us!
KUDOS!

I received the domain that I purchased in my Enom account - so things are moving.
