advice Domain Scam - For those who did not know

Hi guys,

Just be on the alert again for the "certification/appraisal" scam.

They will contact you via email (bypassing SPAM filters):

You will notice inconsistencies in their mail as well as spelling mistakes / grammar. I mean who talks about their "rich client".

More about the "certification" website:

Just be careful out there. You will pay the certification cost and never hear from them again.

haha i received similar email, then i told that have a better idea that why not he purchases the domain from me at <$500 and sell it for $5000 to the buyer (his client) and earns 10 times profit instead of 3% commission.

Then unsurprisingly never heard back from him.
