Domain sale help!

Hi-

I was recently contacted by the CEO of a company that is interested in purchasing my domain, carsickness.info
He requested that I get an appraisal. Since he contacted me isn't there a way of calculating the best price to sell it at. For example if someone says it is worth $500, shouldn't I ask for more since it is in high demand?

If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it!

There is a thread somewhere within here which cautions against this. Some conmen just want you to pay big money for the appraisal service (which they probably own) by hanging a carrot in front of you. Check first the legitimacy of this purchase offer.
